If you got the wrong order, you must come to one of our stores to do the change in person. It is important that you bring your receipt to do any change.
If a book is not available, we will let you know before processing your order. When the book becomes available, you will be able to order it again. We receive orders daily from publishing houses. The time frame for a book to arrive depends on the availability of the book.
Our company has a full inventory on scholar books, but if we don’t have the book you need, we DO can order it for you as far as the book is in the market. Please choose in our webpage the Customer service option, open a Ticket with the ISBN, title, publishing house and year of the book.
